WHY DO I HATE STATE FARM???
I guess I have been slightly angry with this Insurance Company for a few weeks now.....
My car was sitting outside my home, got hit by my neighbor who has no clue how to drive. I heard the crash and looked out and my car was done.
After begging me not to, I called the cops anyway and the driver had no Insurance card, however, said that State Farm is her Insurance carrier. Police report listed State Farm as the Insurance Carrier. The Insurance belongs to the drivers brother whom lives elsewhere.
To make a real long story short, State Farm gave me the run around for two weeks before stating that they do not even carry this driver. She is actually insured by liberty Mutual. They took the story over and over, never letting me know that possibly the driver was not even insured by them. Two weeks without a car, on the phone with them at least a total of 3 hours everyday, trying to get an adjuster to come out, etc,etc....Come to find out they are not the carriers.
Pissed off, I slammed the phone (hung up) on the guy and he had the nerve to call my home asking me if that was polite to hang up on him. He called back again asking for an apology for the hang up....
I had it with State Farm Auto Insurance and I wish they would stop mailing me flyers to have them insure me. Imagine that.
